I will start by saying I am not an easy stick, but James is a great IV starter. Their caring and communication was great. The Infusion was w/o complications. I live 1 1/2 hour away from an infusion center, I usually come home exhausted because of the length of my infusion and the length of the drive. We are blessed to have this service available to us, and the icing on the cake is their kindness.

I wrote the following when I was attending a different infusion center. I will now have to rewrite it because with home infusions, some things have definitely changed for the better.

Today is THAT dreaded day!

Again that long day is here... The day I wish would disappear, The day that is always a huge intrusion The day I get that necessary infusion.

Why do other days fly by? But this one is met with a sigh Is it because of the long hours Over which I have no power?

I can watch tv and maybe even eat Or curl up in my chair and sleep But the hours still pass so slow Because I cannot tolerate a faster flow.

One drop follows another, It really seems like quite a bother But what often goes unsaid.... Without it I'd be dead.

So I will continue to have this infusion That is an obvious conclusion And instead of being a moaner I should be thanking the donor... For allowing me to have this special day.

Let me first start by saying I had no idea what an Infusion Nurse is or does let alone what was in store for me. Other than what my doctor explained.

I met James and was a bit skeptical with this entire procedure however, it didn't take James long to put me at ease with explanations, ensuring I understood all aspects of this procedure.

At the start of my second infusion procedure, I met Kenneth and again was totally satisfied with his professional care and friendly demeaner. Not a single step in this procedure was missed and again all was explained thoroughly.

Without a doubt both these gentlemen made my home visits a pleasure and I highly recommend either one to anyone and /or everyone needing professional nurse care.

Tri-County Infusion Nurses Rock!

Retired twice and enjoying life.
